Check out the cute girl who answered my ad this week for a new roommate. I just love it when they show up trying to find a cheap place to stay cause they don’t have very much money. I always point out the part in the ad where it says price is negotiable. That always gets there attention so I tell them about my rent free program where the pay with there ass instead of cash.
